PRIVACY / DSIGNN

PRIVACY, CLEARLY.

How we handle the information you share with us.
Last updated: 26 October 2026

01 / Who is responsible

DSIGNN is the independent brand development practice of Nemanja Medan, based in Amman, Jordan. Nemanja Medan is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy enquiries, contact office@dsignn.com.

02 / Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, message and any optional business or service-interest information. When you request our portfolio, we collect your email address to deliver it and maintain a record of your request. Our hosting and security services may also process technical information, including IP addresses, browser information, request times and interactions needed to operate and protect the website. If you permit optional tracking, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may collect information about your device, website visits and interactions, as described below. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material in your initial enquiry.

03 / How we use your information

  • Respond to enquiries and discuss potential projects.
  • Deliver the portfolio you request.
  • Maintain relevant correspondence and request records.
  • Operate the website and resolve technical problems.
  • Prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
  • With your consent, understand website usage and measure advertising performance.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations.
Requesting our portfolio does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

04 / Forms and email

Form submissions are sent to DSIGNN by email. Submission records are also stored in our website database using Flamingo. Our hosting and email delivery providers process information as needed to store submissions and deliver messages. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for these purposes.

05 / Cookies and your choices

This website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security and, with your consent, analytics and advertising measurement.
  • Essential and security technologies: support website operation and protection against abuse.
  • Analytics technologies: help us understand how visitors use the website.
  • Advertising technologies: help measure advertising results and support relevant advertising.
Optional analytics and advertising tracking are disabled until you consent. You can accept or reject these categories and change your choice through the Cookie Settings control in our website footer. You can also manage cookies through your browser. Blocking certain technologies may affect website features. Withdrawing consent stops future consent-based tracking; it does not automatically delete information already collected.

06 / Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand website usage, including pages viewed, visits, navigation and interactions. It may process cookie identifiers, browser and device information, and approximate location derived from technical information. We use these insights to improve the website. We do not intentionally send your form messages, name or email address to Google Analytics. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.

07 / Meta Pixel

With your consent, we use Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and understand actions taken after visitors interact with our advertising. Meta Pixel may process page visits, interactions, cookie identifiers, IP addresses and browser or device information. Meta may associate this information with your Meta account and use it for advertising measurement, audience creation and personalisation under its terms and privacy practices. We do not intentionally include the contents of your enquiries in advertising events. Learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy.

08 / Security and reCAPTCHA

This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated activity and protect forms against spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA processes technical and interaction information and uses a security cookie for these purposes.

09 / Videos

Our videos are hosted directly rather than embedded through services such as YouTube or Vimeo. Playing a video requires requests to our hosting infrastructure, which may generate ordinary technical logs. Where optional tracking has been accepted, video interactions may also be measured through our configured analytics tools.

10 / Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We use providers to support hosting, email delivery, security, analytics and advertising, including Bluehost, Google and Meta. Providers receive information relevant to the features you use and your consent choices. Where a project requires an independent specialist, we share only information relevant to their involvement and address any necessary confidentiality arrangements. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

11 / International processing

Some providers may store or process information outside Jordan. Where applicable, we take the steps required by law for international transfers and assess the safeguards provided by those services.

12 / Retention

We retain enquiries and portfolio request records only for as long as needed for their stated purposes, relevant follow-up and applicable legal obligations. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant correspondence may form part of the project record. Backup copies may remain until replaced or expired under the applicable backup schedule. Analytics and advertising information is retained according to the settings applied to those services and the providers’ applicable policies.

13 / Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Send requests to office@dsignn.com. You may also raise concerns with the relevant data protection authority, including Jordan’s Personal Data Protection Unit.

14 / External links

Our website links to external services, including social platforms and WhatsApp. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit or use those services.

15 / Policy updates

We may update this policy when our website, services or information-handling practices change. The date above indicates the latest revision.
